    Note 2： The service charge is exclusive of Certificate of Origin fee from GACO (Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, The Federation of Hong Kong Industries, The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and The Hong Kong Indian Chamber of Commerce) and Trade and Industry Department (TID).
